This is also one of the few places where you can purchase an anaerobic fermented coffee. A very pleasant and easy on the palette coffee. There were tables to relax and enjoy the coffee. “ Some of the best coffee you'll ever have. Staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Hours as or 1/14/26 are 10-3 M W F. Call ahead if you want to do a tasting, which was worth it for sure. If you like coffee, definitely check this out. ”

“ we went to paradise coffee while we were in Hilo. it’s a cute little shop with a few offerings. if you go, know that this is a specialty coffee shop, so they don’t have lattes or mochas. they only have cold brew, hot coffee, espresso, and americanos (all black, no milk). they have a small stand with cream and sugar on the side. they do offer samples of all their coffee. we both got the decaf granja cold brew and it was great! but we did find ourselves wishing they at least had more than the tiny little cups of cream. ”

It feels like it’s just off the beaten path, however the destination was worth it. My wife & I sampled two different local dark & medium roast pour overs and was pleased. Each cup served a full flavored punch of richness. We do love our coffees and here the distinct recently roasted essence was clear. It’s a small shop with limited seating and no restroom or side dishes, and this 4 no 5. Still it’s a great place! We recommend. ”
